Altho MT-Blacklist manages to head most of it off at the pass, i typically get a few messages a day from "Online Poker" or "Buy Viagra Online" or, recently, from some bot named "Bob" who has an unnatural obsession with Preakness betting and clips of transvestites engaging in unnatural activities with barnyard animals. Most of the associated domain names are pretty predictable, but every so often i get a particularly good one. Here are this month's picks:

josephlied.com [This one seems to be about how Mormonism is Bad. Or some Mormons are Bad. Or Mormon midgets are Bad. Or something. It's a bit hard to tell.]

picnic-basket.more.at [Which appears to redirect to a Google search for "picnic basket". I have no idea, either.]
